Our platform is PCI DSS compliant and we are approved as an Experian Third-party Technical provider having passed the Experian Independent Third Party Assessment (EI3PA). Additionally we have completed audits (SOC 1 and 2 Type II) based on the internationally recognized standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Sam Bradt

An experienced executive in finance with a Fortune 500 company, Sam has also been a long- standing board member for a number of publicly traded companies. Two of those businesses, Lunar Corporation (sold to GE Medical for $150 million) and Centene Corporation (NYSE:CNC currently $8 billion revenue) became successful public companies.

Chris McNulty

A recognized leader in the payments industry, Chris has 29 years of leadership driving growth. Currently a president of Merchant’s Pact LLC, Chris is leading an organization that advises financial institutions and businesses. Before Merchant’s Pact LLC, he worked for TSYS, a global payments provider, where he was responsible for driving growth in the direct acquiring division. Prior to TSYS, Chris spent his career leading teams for organizations such as Fifth Third Bank, National Processing Company and Bank of America.

Paul Prather

Well-known in the central coast real estate business, Paul is also a long-time member of the Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Adjunct Faculty. Has served on several boards including the SLO Children's Museum, Arts for Living and Special Olympics. Paul and his wife Jackie have been married for 47 years and have four children and five grandchildren so far!

A highly accomplished business leader, Pat has held “C” level officer positions in several insurance, real estate, and software companies. Currently Executive chairman/founder of Williston Financial Group. Pat has been recognized as one of the most influential people in the real estate industry. Pat serves on boards of numerous business and charitable organizations.

Our membership in the NACHA API Standardization Industry Group which positions us as a payment systems influencer.

The main goal of the API Standardization Industry Group is to develop an “API Playbook.” The “Playbook” will serve as a tool to assist financial institutions, businesses, fintech companies and other industry stakeholders with the creation of a standardized API ecosystem that can enhance support of the payments and business needs of industry participants.

For more than 40 years NACHA has been the trustee of the ACH Network facilitating safer global commerce as an efficient, ubiquitous, and high-quality electronic payment system. As a not-for-profit association, NACHA also represents nearly 10,000 financial institutions via 11 Regional Payments Associations and Direct Membership.
